I'm not allowed to be sick, damnit. Someone tell my throat to stop closing up plzkthx.

Edit: State improving considerably. I believe the closing up effect may have been part of the healing process after the sore throat from the weekend.

Signals and Systems is a colossal waste of my time. At least it has been so far.

The entirety of the first three weeks has been (is being, I suppose) spent on "learning" how to transform functions. You know... make them bigger, smaller, mirror them, shift them. The kind of things you do in middle school. Also about half an hour was spent on the definition of even and odd functions.

I'm sure some of this class will be useful. At least I hope so. If not, I'm going to be mildly upset. But damn, it's moving slowly. Maybe it'll pick up later?

As of right now, though, it only serves the purpose of keeping me from coming home in time to talk to Important People on Mondays and Wednesdays before they have to leave for work.
