long day...

Well... I have keys. That's about all that got accomplished over the past 12 hours. Oh. Also I have a fire extinguisher. Because my apartment didn't have one. Even though it has a gas range.
Still in search of a bed. Yes. Also a coffee table. >.> My apartment is small, but very empty.
They won't let me configure my own router. Bastards. Which means that I kind of have to be there when they do it. But I'm not moving in for a bit yet.
I need a new pair of shoes. I wore through the insoles of this pair. Oddly enough, the regular soles are fine.
There was a lot of rain today. Enough rain that Mother was panicking because she literally couldn't see two feet in front of the car. This made getting to and from places take much longer than planned. It also meant spending an extra hour or two this evening getting on and off random exits in the Twin Cities, because she thought she could see again and was wrong.
I hurt. Cars do bad things to my back. I'm not sure why.
